Greg mentors and trains other sales agents and is often called upon by news outlets for insight into local sales and market trends. With specialties in new construction, REO & Short Sales, his expertise in large land and new construction liquidations have led large corporate clients to rely on him when the market was at its lowest point. His corporate clients include Fannie Mae, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Home Loans and Homecomings, GMAC, Green River, Clear Capital, Asset Link, Coldwell Banker Relocation, Integrated Asset Services and REO World.
Prior to RE/MAX Advisors West, Greg worked at Thorpe Brothers Inc. and Counselor Realty, both located in Wayzata, Minnesota. Within a year of joining Counselor Realty, Greg became a partner and served as the firm's President from 1992-1996.
