This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Chaska Christmas in May program. This local non-profit organization repairs and rehabilitates Chaska residents homes that are unable to do so either because of physical or financial limitations. Volunteers from every walk of life will spend this saturday helping revitalize these homes as well as the members within the community through their selfless acts. We welcome both skilled and unskilled volunteers to lend a helpful hand this weekend. As they say "Many hands make light work".
The day will start at Guardian Angels Church Saturday May 7th at 7:00 am. You will receive a free breakfast, and 1 Christmas in May T-Shirt per volunteer. Please bring appropriate work clothing, (weather appropriate, sturdy closed toed shoes, etc.) water to keep hydrated, and any medication that you would normally need while working throughout the day.
