Greg Anderson and the staff at Remax Advisors West in Chaska, MN have been the only real estate team we have used since moving to Minnesota. Greg and his team helped us purchase our first home in the state and just recently they helped us sell that home and purchase a new home. In 2004, we needed help finding a home not even yet knowing which city we were going to live in. Greg Anderson sent one of his colleagues out to meet us and help us begin to narrow down the housing markets which most met our needs. Every weekend we had available we made the trip to Minnesota to look at homes. Greg made sure that our time was well spent and eventually helped us decide on the home and the city where we would live. So in 2016, when we decided it was time to move again there was no question who we were going to call. We called Greg and he spent close to 12 months helping us once again locate our next home. As we sorted through our options he worked with us firsthand himself setting up all the home showings, meeting us at the homes, and providing the feedback we needed to make a decision. Earlier this year, in 2017, he got our house on the market and got it sold in a 3 day window (on a holiday weekend!) necessary to meet the performance clause of a contingent purchase agreement. He made sure we got the home we wanted even under some near impossible negotiating circumstances. He risked his own realtor's commission so that our offer would not be outdone. We are very thankful Greg was our realtor and know we would not be in our new home if it was not for him and his team at Remax Advisors West. He treated us like friends not just clients.
